Wolfe Relocates Colonial-Era Stone Farmhouse

This 2½-story house has stood sentinel to over 250 years of Lehigh Valley history, and this week it made its own contribution to local history when it rolled 2000′ south on twelve sets of wheels to a new location. The land it was built on has been sold for development, and the owners hired Wolfe to relocate it to an adjoining piece of land, where they will eventually restore the sturdy stone building for future use.
