House Lifting

Fancy Gap, VA / November 2016

Wolfe House Movers lifted this historic Queen Anne-style house including its porches and fireplaces in Fancy Gap, Virginia for foundation and sill beam repair. Working along side Bowman-Griffin Contractors, we supported a section of the house and then moved to a different section while Bowman-Griffin came along behind replacing the sill beams. Once they were all replaced, extra supports were added to tie all of the sections together and the entire house was lifted up for a new foundation to be installed under it.
