To Whom It May Concern,

As you know I’ve used you on two occasions. First was to lift an 80 year-old house and dig out for new basement. I was amazed how well everything came together and were able to lift the house without any complications. Your men were courteous and very helpful and did everything necessary to secure the building to lift it without any disturbance to structure. After we complete new basement you returned and set house back in place with great precision.

The second time to me seemed to be a greater challenge since it was twice the size, older and needed to be moved several feet in two directions. You also did the digging on this one as well as removing the old foundation. Again you did a great job of lifting, digging it out and moving it with great precision. It all came together very quickly. There was no holdup on your part. You came in and did the job on time as scheduled and returned in a timely fashion so there was no hold-up on our projects.

I am very satisfied with your workmanship and your crew who made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely use you again should I need to. Hope all is well on your end.
