We have begun the process of lifting and moving a 156-feet long, 5-story tall, timber frame hotel built in 1897 by railroad tycoon, Henry Plant. The hotel will be lifted up, dollies placed under it and relocated several hundred feet across the property to its new location where it will be renovated and used as a boutique inn.

UPDATE:
The building has now been moved and set at its new location. Even though the building was timber frame, it still weighed 1,750 tons and took 45 Buckingham Power & Coaster Dollies to carry it to the new foundation.
