This 3-story triple-brick building was part of a development project in downtown Minneapolis. The developers needed to excavate the area beside it for a parking garage and install a new block foundation under the wall that would be adjacent to the garage. Wolfe installed a system of steel beams and crib to support the 74′ section of wall while the excavation and foundation work was completed.
