Wolfe partnered with Indiana Landmarks to relocate a historic home in South Bend, Indiana, that was sitting empty on land purchased by the adjoining hospital complex. The 2-story, 35’x40′ Colonial Revival-style home was frame with brick veneer and two fireplaces. Indiana Landmarks worked for almost a decade to procure the house and find a nearby lot for relocation where they could renovate it and sell it for use as a residential home. After they found a lot and installed the new foundation, Wolfe  moved the house six blocks through the neighborhood and up a tree-lined street to the new corner lot in a lovely, quiet neighborhood overlooking the St. Joseph River.
