This 430-ton, 3-story, triple-brick townhouse was built in the late 1800s and is being integrated into the design of a new, 5-story hotel in Alexandria, VA. To accommodate the phases of construction, Wolfe moved the house 150′ away from its original site and onto a neighboring lot, where it sits while a sub-grade parking garage is installed in its former location. When the parking garage is finished, Wolfe will move the townhouse back into place.
