Abels 1850 Farmhouse Move

To whom it may concern,

We wanted to take a minute just to say how ecstatic your house moving crew made our family this past week. It is with great gratitude that we write this letter.

Your four man crew (under Foreman Nate) worked extremely hard in only a matter of a few long days to get our 1850’s farmhouse and metal workshop to its new location, up a steep grade, 750 feet from their old foundations.

We are beyond thrilled that with this relocation move, we have eliminated our old foundation, water, and support issues.  Now, our three young children are able to play a safe distance from the road, and we can enjoy views of our entire 100+ acre farm and miles beyond – all while saving the memories and history that many generations have experienced in this wonderful old home.

The crew was an extremely friendly efficient group of guys! We couldn’t have choose a better company for this major and emotional event in our lives. The Buckingham Unified Jacking System along with the Power Dollies helped to minimize stress cracks on the interior wall and chimneys.

Thanks again for sending us a phenomenal crew for our move! We tip our hats to you Wolfe House and Building Movers, and crew – Nate, Peter, Rich, and Mike!

Sincerely,
Keith and Stacey Abels
