Even though we are now well into the construction of Oxford Gateway Apartments, I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how happy we were with your services. As a real estate developer, I have moved a number of houses in my career. All of the previous houses I moved were one and two story wood frame houses. I had not ever tackled moving a two story stone house before and I must say, I was somewhat intimidated by the thought of doing so. You certainly made moving a 425-ton structure 800 feet in the middle of very bad weather look easy. You met your committed schedule, which was critical for me in that I had to move this house before I could begin development of our apartment site; it was first on the list. You and your crew did a great job. I will call you again if I have anything else to move or to raise.
